How to exhibit at Connect

Step 1: Register for an exhibit booth

• Register now to secure your exhibitor booth. 
• Review Showfloor map below to see available booths and locations.
• Booth registration deadline: November 2024

Step 2: Register all attendees

Each Marketplace Partner exhibitor receives a set number of complimentary passes. Additional Connect passes are available:  

• $749 USD per person - Early bird pricing ends October 31
• $999 USD per person - Regular attendee pass pricing as of November 1

All attendees must register. The final deadline to register attendees for Connect is January 31, 2025

Connect app and lead retrieval

Maximize ROI with the new and improved event app. Scan attendee badges directly from your mobile phone - no bulky scanner devices needed! Set custom questions for your booth representatives to use when scanning attendees, making it easier to qualify and prioritize responses post-show. Plus, you can access and manage leads instantly via the Exhibitor Portal and import leads directly into your CRM system so you can follow up right away!

Showfloor support

Returning to Connect this year is the Exhibitor Support Station. Located on the showfloor, visit this station at any time to ask questions and get help for your booth, screens, and more.

Exhibitor manual 

The Marketplace Partner Exhibitor Manual outlines all the details you need in advance of the event including a full schedule with load-in and out times, shipping information, social promotion kits, lead retrieval instructions, booth details and technical info, and more.
